"KCGS950ESS05 Arrived to inspect no ignition. I found there was spark and there was some gaseous movement, but it would not ignite. After an extreme amount of time, several minutes, the air finally purged from the supply line and the burners ignited. I noted after purging that I could not detect the expected gas odor and advised the customer to contact the gas supplier. No gas leaks detected during service."

MVW5430MW1 RG: Arrived to a washer powering on per client. Further inspection found error code F9E1 in service mode ( long drain)Checked ohms on drain pump tested fine inspected wire harness looked fine. Tested main wire harness from control tested fine made sure wires were plugged in firm. Tested again in customer mode product worked as designed tested in service mode product working as it should . Tested one more time on customer mode washer works as it should no leaks visible from water supply.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling, on arrival I found temperatures accurate and unit working. Unit has fae1 error code. Rc-1c, fz14c p, fzr evap-0c, ambient 0c. At control sensor reading 11.4k which is accurate. Replacing main control as all other components test properly. Ordering gasket and returning with motor. Reset for tues; ordrng 1 W11456682 (Gasket) and 1 Extratime"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F4E3-motor failure. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The water filled the tub and the motor failed to come on. I advanced through testing and found the dispenser, drain pump and element all operating as designed. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11613479"

Arrived onsite for chest freezer not cooling. On inspection the unit was cooling the customer said it was it and miss if it was cooling or not. He said it happen after the few days of the 110?. I installed the new inverter on to the unit. Plugged unit in and it was cooling when I left. W11598145
