Contacted the customer by phone on this date to discuss their refrigerator. The customer advised that it continues to constantly run (fan) and they continue to hear the clicking noise at the back (start device/bad compressor). I previously spoke to management (PR) and advised that due to the reported issues Im going to order the sealed system components and ask the office to reschedule for a sealed system repair. PR agreed with the decision. I advised my customer that I would see about getting them rescheduled for this Thursday and someone would contact them to set the timeframe. I spoke to KC regarding scheduling and was advised that Thursday, 04/23/26 would work. I am ordering the compressor, access valve, UV drier, evaporator and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB and will return with all prescreened parts. Office to schedule return service. No signature obtained due to this being a phone conversation and did not arrive on site.; ordrng 1 W11557425 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (UV DRIER) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 W11598433 (Evaporator) and 1 CNOTE (2 HOUR JOB)

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRFF3536SZ00 ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found a few cubes in the ice bin and the customer advised that its the most hes seen in a long time. I tested temps in the FC and found it at 6 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it harvested, but failed to fill. I gained access to the dual valve in the RC section and retested the ice maker. When the valve was to kick on, I tested voltage and found it getting proper voltage, but the solenoid is not opening up. I removed and replaced the dual valve and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer that it will take approximately 72 hours for the bin to fill completely. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11753942

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRFC300ESS07 not cooling properly. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=39/40 degrees. I found the unit has just gone into defrost mode and I gained access to the FC evaporator and found some frost on the coils and fins. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the unit is operating as designed. While testing the compressor, I could hear the start device making a clicking noise. Once it began to cool again, I monitored the evaporator frost pattern and found the unit beginning to cool as designed. I removed the toeplate and found the coils covered with dust debris. I cleaned the coils using a shop vac and recommended that the customer use an air compressor to blow out the remaining dust debris and have their shop vac on at the back of the unit to vacuum the debris. Customer to monitor operations and notify the office if they dont see any changes. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4816FW3 not starting. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in. Immediately, the drain pump turned on and I was unable to place ths unit in diagnostics. Following service pointer W11766193, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5105HW3 drain pump not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the drain pump harness has been repaired in the past. I found water in the tub and tilted the unit back to find the drain pump harness, blue wire, broken. I placed the unit in diagnostics and manually tested the drain pump and with the unit tilted back, I was able to make a good connection on the harness and the drain pump came on and drained the water out of the tub. I gained access to the lower main harness and removed and replaced the harness and placed an extra clip to support the drain pump harness and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11591637

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MTW7200RW1 leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit leaked a large amount of water and it flooded their home. I inspected the unit, mainly the drain hose at the back, and found the drain hose to the stand pipe was not fully installed/secured to the back of the unit.I corrected the hose and plugged the unit in and immediately the drain pump came on and water began to leak from the unit. I unplugged the unit and cleaned the water and gained access to the drain hose at the back of the unit that runs from the drain pump to the back panel and found the hose not connected to the back panel coupler (photo SDQUICKPIC) on the inside of the back panel. I reconnected the hose and placed a clamp on the hose and plugged the unit in. Once the drain pump came on, the unit drained the water with no further leaks from that area. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed with no further water leaks. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent and softener use. No parts installed, job completed."
