"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine WUI95X15HZ00 not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit in diagnostics and found no frost pattern on the evaporator. I pulled the unit out and tested the compressor and found it was not good. I disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, non-UV drier and evaporator. When I began to disassemble the unit and evacuate the system, I found a lot of oil in the system. Using my nitrogen, I blew out the system before installing the sealed system parts. After installation, I vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored the pressures. Pressures held good and I installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit. I found when the unit is cooling pressures were at 0/100psi. The evaporator has a good frost pattern as well. I finished reassembling the unit and tested the thd unit in a normal cycle and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRX735SDHZ00 ice bin stuck. Upon further inspection, I attempted to remove the ice bin and found the release button pushes in, but the bin won't come out. I tested the ice dispenser and could tell that the auger was getting bound up. Using my steamer, I heated the ice box housing and using my rubber mallet, I hit the bottom of the housing to help break up the ice inside the housing. After approximately 30 minutes of steaming, I was finally able to get the bin out without it breaking. I found ice clumped up on the motor yoke which tells me that the water being dispensed from the fill tube is somehow splashing out over the fill chute and down into the housing. I cleared the ice and inspected the fill tube and found debris around the opening of the fill tube which is redirecting the water out of the chute. I cleared the debris and cleaned the housing and re-installed the ice maker assembly and tested. The ice maker would not harvest, so I cycled power to the unit and retested and it continued to fail. Also found the chute was slightly leaning to the left. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and it is operating as designed. I verified the fill tube was filling through the chute and not spraying water. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed at the end of service. Job completed."

"Arrived onsite for MVW6230HW0, not powering on. Checked pump 19ohms. Replaced control W11543994. Still unresponsive. Traced power and found neutral dropping. Ahmed wiring and found wiring good but dropping in the filter determined by elimination. Secured all wires and powered on again and unit now wors as designed. Ran diagnostics cycle and observed all base functions operating. No leaks. In event of ongoing symptoms please send noise filter"

"Arrive on site for a dishwasher model WDT720PADB2 that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that everything else works, but that the unit will not drain. I gained access to the garbage disposal and removed the drain hose. I found the a clog inside of the garbage disposal and found a clog on the end of the drain hose. The customer used a snake to snake out the drain hose and we cleared the garbage disposal. I tested the unit it again and found the machine begin to drain. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E4 (float switch open) error code. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found all components working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete."

Tested it and it failed to harvest. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and it is operating as designed. Tested the fill tube heater and fill tube and both are good. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. I advised the customer that the bin will typically be full in approximately 72 hours. Job completed"
