REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WSR57R18DM00 Arrived on site to perform sealed system repair for refrigerator. Replace compressor and verified unit held vacuum. Charged unit with manufacturers recommended amount of refrigerant. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No water was hooked up to unit at time of service.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WSR57R18DM00 Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Was not able to diagnose unit today due to an improper installation. Front roller assemblies were removed from unit and unit cannot be pulled out without damage to wood floors. Freezer and refrigerator are bracketed together and both need to be pulled out enough to access brackets. Once bracket is removed floor protector will allow us to service unit. DRYER WHIRLPOOL NED4655EW1 "Arrived on site for dryer that would not heat. Inspected unit and work area. Tested dryer in a regular high heat cycle and found no heat. Tested voltage at the wall and found 123.8 V going from El one to ground. Tested voltage going from L2 to ground and found 123.7 V. When testing from L1 to L2, found 0 V. Advised customer to have an electrician come out to fix her plug."

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW2 Arrived onsite for washer that won’t spin. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit is service diagnostics and found an F7 E6 (motor fault) and F3 Ev2 (inlet water temperature fault) error codes Cleared error codes. Tested unit in an auto test cycle and found the unit dripping water when the hot valve came on. Tested using the light and heavy agitation as well as low and high spins. Unit worked as designed. Replaced water valve and tested unit in a manual fill test again. Unit is working as designed. Checked underneath unit for oil and could not find any issues.Uni is working as designed. Call complete.
