"Arrived on site to look at model WTW4855HW3 for customer complaint of unit running drain pump constantly. Found issue with the control board. I replaced control, unit tested good. No leaks. Part used w11607637"

WMMS3130RZ02. Customer stated the microwave made a buzzing noise. verified noise coming from the microwave. Found bad diode. Removed and replaced diode W11256462. Tested microwave and it heated. No longer making buzzing from microwave. Microwave is functioning as designed.

Arrived on site to apartment 460 to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival installed Cover W11690848. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete
