Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed part. I found the latch not to be the issue and it is actually the inner door where the latch locks in is getting hooked due to the inner door bowed out. A new inner door is required and customer stated the issue previously is still occurring. I found the ui panel to be the issue as it states feature not available and after a power reset it reverted back to normal function. Returning tech to replace the inner door frame WPW10709147 and the ui panel W10861485. Office to RS as both parts are OOS.; ordrng 1 WPW10709147 (Inner frame door) and 1 W10861485 (Ui pnl)

"Arrived onsite for unit not washing and stopping mid cycles. I found a F4E3 wash motor failure present, ran the unit and confirmed wash motor inoperable. I replaced the W11613479 SUMP ASSM and tested unit while observing for leaks, no leaks present and unit is operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for gasket issue. I found the lefthand side of the freezer gasket to have a gap. I remolded the gasket to seal and it now seals properly. I advised customer to leave the freezer door closed for atleast 2 hours so the gasket cools off in its position. Customer agreed. I advised customer that there's very little ice but if it is still present to do a natural defrost and lay a towel down just in case water leaks out. Call complete. No leaks or parts. No knocking noise inside FC while onsite.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise. Customer showed a audio clip and it sounded like the drain pump running. No errors but customer said it happens intermittently and due to this description a control replacement is required. It is on order and ordering W10721967 Cam and W11239857 Belt as they were worn. Office to RS and Customer is moving to unit 1215 on the 23rd of this month.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)

Arrived onsite for issue of all lights in again. Customer showed a video and same issue occurred. I replaced the W11455229 CONTROL AND W11664671 PANEL-UI and powered unit on. Unit is operating as designed and no issues present. Call complete.
