Arrived onsite for panel on dryer with black bars on screen. Found screen to have black bars on both sides of display. I replaced the panel and the bars are no longer present. Unit is now operating as designed. Call complete. Installed W11626080 Panel UI.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not dispensing detergent. On arrival customer explained the detergent door opens but does not mix with the water. I found F4E3 and F7E1 error codes present. I found the heater to be working after a diagnostic cycle and the wash motor to be working during cycle. However the F4E3 error code was still present. I replaced the pump and motor and ran a diagnostic cycle. The unit is now operating at this time of service. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. INSTALLED W11613479 PUMP AND MOTOR.

Arrived onsite for oven tripping the breaker. I took the ground off the back of the oven and ran to 500 degrees. The oven reached set temp with no issue. After reaching temp I turned the unit off and attached the ground and ran to 500 again. After set temp was reached I set a timer on the oven for 2 hours and explained to the customer that she will need to turn off after the timer is up. Unit is operating as designed. I also advised the customer to get their gfci breaker replaced is problem is still present. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher stopping mid cycle. Found the machine with F8E4 and pan full of water. Dumped water out of pan. Tested the machine. Float switch is working correctly and unit will complete a diagnostic cycle. Unit is operating as designed. Found fill valve not weeping. Found that the customer was filling detergent cup completely full and is on a water softener. I suspect suds to be excessive and overflowing the pan. I explained to the customer cut down on detergent use and to not fill it past the half mark and how to monitor suds and to cut back more if excessive suds are still present. Customer is not using rinse aid. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for a cook top with flames not high enough. Checked all burners and found them to be all working as designed. Went over the BTU ratings with customer and explained to him that some of the burners don't heat as much as others. I explained to the customer that the cooktop burners are working as designed. Call complete. No parts installed.
