Arrived onsite for dryer with no power. I found correct voltage coming to the unit. All wiring checked good. Control is blinking so control checked good but no response from panel. Gonna return with all parts and replace control panel. Set to return for 01/16/25 for AM.; schdld next appmnt for 1/16 THU AM

Arrived onsite for unit not washing dishes or draining. I found a F4E3 error present indicating wash motor not running. I confirmed the wash motor is not operating. I found the drain to function properly. The pump and motor has gone bad and needs replacement. Part is not in stock and office will need to RS when we have the part. Arrived onsite for washer catching fire. I found the power cord fried and the ground connection to be burned up causing the fire. I replaced the power cord and powered unit on. Unit is acting as designed. I checked the ohms on the pump and found 19.8 ohms. I could not test unit due to waterlines being burned up and a possible rupture present. Advised customer to get new water lines and test unit. Call complete. Installed W11513259 CORD POWER. Called safety Spoke with Eric SR 7740673603.

Arrived onsite for washer panel issues. I found the panel showing 5vdc. Units panel has gone bad and will need to be replaced. Also ordering the door latch as the latch would keep clicking on and off. Ordering W10911042 Panel (White) and WPW10443885 latch dor. "Arrived onsite for unit not washing. I confirmed when filled the unit would not spray. I found a motor wash error present.
