Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed part. I installed the valve and unit is now working as designed. I found the ui start button to be broken and free wheeling. "Arrived onsite for washer not advancing cycles. I found the washplate lifted again. The washplate is stripped and needs to be replaced, however I found the shaft on the gearcase to pull up and down. This is indicating the gearcase has failed and needs to be replaced aswell. I'm ordering W11454734 Gearcase to continue with repair aswell as WPW10006384 Belt for the new cam. Set to return 03-11-2025. Office to get a better time frame prior day.; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 WPW10006384 (Belt)"

Arrived onsite for unit not completing cycles. Customer stated the unit sprays water but about 30 minutes in the cycle will stop and not function. I found the console starting to bow up and the ui control is not responding correctly. When pressing drain the light will turn on but if you were to try to cancel the unit will not turn the drain off and the light will stay on. I could not access diagnostic mode due to the intermittent ui. Ordering W11613564 console Black to continue with repair as the unit is getting moisture due to bowing up. Set to return Tuesday 03-11-2025. Return with all parts.; ordrng 1 W11613564 (Console Black)
