Andrew R.

I was very disappointed with your company. I had 3 times for my dryer to be repaired and all I got was paying about $400. I also had to pay $150 for duct cleaning. We are retired and I feel like I was taken advantage of. You made me feel like I lied about getting the duct cleaning. I was told that you couldn’t help me until I gave you proof of this service. The duct company was very nice in helping confirm their service. I’m 74 and I’m not good at technology. That took three more phone calls. I bought a new dryer because I couldn’t keep giving you my money and time. I guarantee you that I will never give you a good reference.

These people were so professional and great at keeping me in the loop on trouble shooting, updates for arrival of parts and all the way through to the work done at our house. Andrew was so kind and careful fixing our frig perfectly. Thank You for being such a great company to work with. It’s refreshing and unusual in this day and age!!

Very pleased with the service we received from Andrew at Appliance Express. They confirmed the appointment and he was actually a little bit early. He was very cordial and had the part to fix the issue. Probably had it all wrapped up within 15 minutes. No more hand-washing dishes - Thank you Andrew!

Andrew fully understands and supports my worries and the length that drags from the first time when the ice tray fell off … to 6 months later! He is very courteous, possesses the knowledge, replied to my questions. And I would not expect any more or other treatment from a professional.

Very good service!!! Very nice serviceman!

If the guy came and got freaked out about my doorbell, and then he only installed one of the two shelves that need to be replaced unless the other in a box.

Washer Repair - very professional and personable. Checked issue and then checked everything else. Very thorough.

Arrived on time and completed the work in 15 minutes. Friendly and listened to my problems with the initial installation
