"Electric dryer WED5000DW2. Customer stated the dryer drum would not turn. She could turn it manually but not while running. Removed top panel and found belt broken. Removed front panel and drum; noticed left rear roller guide stiff. Used repair kit 4392065 to replace both rear rollers, belt tensioner, and belt . Reinstalled drum and front panel. Tested dryer: drum turns, unit gets hot, and dryer functions as intended."

WRS331SDHM08. Verified ice maker not producing; fill tube partially frozen over. Checked water dispenserno water output. Could not hear valve actuate. Pulled refrigerator out and confirmed water flow from supply line. Replaced water valve W11645245. Dispenser now outputs water. Cycled ice maker; tray filled properly. Refrigerator working as intended. No leaks detected at time of service.

WGG745S0FS02: Removed door and replaced door handle wpw1061839. Customer stated that cooking was uneven. Removed copper plate and flame spreaders. Turned on lower oven; flames from gas tube were even on both sides. Reinstalled flame spreaders and turned oven back on; flames looked proportional on both sides. Oven heated properly with even heat on both sides. Customer stated he will use the oven and call for service if cooking seems uneven again. Oven working as intended. No gas leaks detected time of service. WGG745S0FS02

"MVW7232HC2. Customers stated that the washing machine would stop during the cycle and just sit there. It would fill with water but not wash, or advance to spin without spinning, then drain. Issues were intermittent. Ran diagnostics; no fault codes. Ran component tests; washing machine passed all. Called office and spoke to Jerry. He advised replacing the ACU and lidlock, as lidlock may cause intermittent issues. Removed and replaced ACU w11687817 and lidlock w11700916. Recalibrated washing machine and ran auto test. Washer filled, agitated, drained, and spun. Washer is working as intended. No leaks detected time of service. Advised customer if issue persists to call back, and we will replace ACU and control console at the same time."
