Electric dryer MED5605RW0. Customer stated the dryer was making a scraping noise that got louder with a load inside. Ran the dryer and heard no noise, which was unusual. Thru a small load with the top up, ran it againno scraping, thumping, or clanking noise. Inspected back panel; slight indentation present but not affecting functionality. Advised customer. If noise returns or thumping worsens, call back. Recommended ordering drum, then replacing rear roller posts and guides. Dryer working as intended at this time.

Refrigerator WRSC5536RZ01. Upon arrival, verified frost buildup starting on the evaporator panel in the freezer. Checked heater and ohmed it out at 24.6 ohmsgood. Ordering high voltage control board and user interface for replacement on return visit. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE.; ordrng 1 W11760044 (HV control)

Arrived at WFW560CHW4. Customer answered door and stated previous technician had fixed unit per prior notes. No issue with washing machine. Asked customer if she had been using it; she confirmed yes, its working. She was unaware it doesnt fill all the way up like at laundromat. Advised no, they dontjust enough water to saturate clothes. She confirmed its working and she uses it.

WDF332PAMS0. Upon arrival, found the lower spray arm sitting on the bottom deck of the dishwasher, along with both rail stops. Removed lower rack, reinstalled lower spray arm and both rail stops. Tested dishwasher: filled and started wash cycle, canceled cycle, and it drained. Dishwasher is working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service.

WETLV27HW3. Customer stated washer not cleaning and leaving stains on clothes. Ran diagnostics: no fault codes. Ran auto test; washer filled, drained, and agitated fine. Customer showed pictures of stains on clothes. Advised that it was not the detergent but fabric softener. Asked if using dispenser or pouring over clothes; customer said both. Advised to use fabric softener dispenser, ensure selected on rinse cycle, and dilute fabric softener. Stains from undiluted softener. Washer working as intended. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE.

WRFF3436RZ00. Customers stated that the ice maker would make some ice then stop, and they would have to turn it off and turn it back on for it to continue making ice. Upon arrival, found that the ice bucket was full and that the ice mold had solid ice in it. Put unit into diagnostics and checked freezer thermostat, refrigerator thermostat, and icebox thermistorthey all passed. Ran icebox fan test; icebox fan came on. Checked icebox temperature and it was at 13. Water pressure coming out of the dispenser is fine. Power cycled refrigerator and advised customer that sometimes when you replace the user interface, you have to power down the refrigerator by unplugging it for at least a few minutes to power cycle, and then plug it back in, because sometimes the user interface will not communicate properly with the ice maker. Advised customer to call back if issue persists. Could not duplicate issue; refrigerator working as intended and making ice, no leaks detected at times of service.

Dishwasher model WDF332PAMS0. Customer stated that the dishwasher would start by itself. Ran diagnostics and found F2E1 stuck key fault code and F5E1/F5E2 fault codes, which are door latch stuck, open, or close faults. Ordering door latch assembly. Will replace control on return visit. Customer not available until next Wednesday; rescheduled for next Wednesday. No leaks detected at times of service.; ordrng 1 WPW10653840 (Door latch)

Arrived on site at washer WFW560CHW4 to install previously diagnosed part. Removed and replaced door lock W11565030. Powered up washer and ran cycle; unit tumbled, then locked door and filled. Canceled cycle and unit drained. Washer is working as intended. No leaks detected time of service.
