"WOEC3030LS01 wall oven. Removed unit and replaced faulty TOD. Powered unit back on and set oven to bake. Oven would not heat, but could hear bake relay close. Checked voltage: 120V to neutral, but no 220V from black to red (L1 to L2) coming out of bake relay. Double-checked TODit was good. Line 2 going into bake relay and Line 1 into TOD only had 120V. Put oven into broil; broil relay closed, but L1 to L2 on broil relay only had 120V. Advised customer they need to contact their builder and electrician due to an open line. Oven is not getting 220V to power the elements. Everything else in the oven works properly. Microwave works properly. Customer needs to contact their home builder to have an electrician come out."

"WTW8500DC5. Customer reported ticking noise during agitation. Ran diagnostics and verified noise from underneath unit. Tilted unit back and removed cover. Inspected and found worn slider. Replaced slider w10734521 clutch w10754448, stator w10915700 and rotor w10915701 Tested unit in diagnostics; washer filled, agitated, drained, and spun with no unusual noises. Washer working as intended. No leaks detected at time of service."

"Refrigerator WRX735SDHZ01. Customers stated that the top drawer in the freezer was not staying in place correctly, and that the rail in the back was hanging down. Verified issue: left gear had broken. Removed and replaced gear 12002497 and rod w11658402. Tested the rack in freezer; it moves back and forth correctly. No issues; freezer door and drawers are sliding in and out as intended with no issues. No leaks at time of service"

"Electric dryer WED5620HW2. Customer stated the dryer would shut off with clothes still damp. Ran diagnostics; no fault codes present. Tested inlet and outlet thermostats; both good. Moisture sensor tested good. Ran normal timed cycle; exhaust temperature reached 178?F before cycling off and restarted at 118?F. Vent clear. Advised customer to avoid EcoBoost setting and not mix cottons with man-made fabrics, as this causes premature shutoff on auto-sensing cycles. For small loads of two or three items, use timed dry. Dryer functioning as intended."

"Washer WTW8240YW0 verified with loud noise during spin cycle due to bad bearing. Removed wash plate and hub; attempted to remove inner basket, but it only lifted about 1/4 inch and got stuck. Used PB Blaster and multiple attempts to free it, but inner basket would not come offdrive shaft lodged in place. Filled washer with water to help push tub up, but still could not remove inner basket. Drained unit, removed cover, stator, and drive shaft nut, then tried to drive shaft out through tub, but it was seized inside outer tub. Inner basket seized in place and cannot be removed. Need to rebuild washer and order outer tub and inner basket NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE.; ordrng 1 W10549509 (Basket) and 1 W10381078 (Tub)"
