MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL KMBS104ESS03 Arrived on site for microwave leds & ui not fully functioning. Upon arrival I found display control had a few built in lights not lit. I also found that the most of the touch pad response of the ui was not giving any indication of functionality. I tested voltage power from ACU to both display and ui controls and power was stable. I then replaced both ui and display controls and was then able to run a diagnostics and check for any further issues. Unit showed no codes and after running a cup of water for a minute I found the unit was fully functioning as designed. Call complete
WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVWC465HW2 Arrived on site for washer leaking water while in use. Upon arrival customer stated that the washer with the water all over the kitchen the moment that is cycle switch from Blossom to rinse around the time that the washer was going into first draining cycle. On further inspection there were no error codes indicating it is with issues and I ran and got a Mattick test and nothing came back feeling but when I really need to test and fill the washer with half a tub water and then drain the water out I found that the drain line that goes down to the plumbing of the house is clogged and instructed the customer that they were going to need a plumber to clear the drain line exiting the house in order to prevent further leaking. Unit is functioning as designed call complete
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF767SDEM00 Arrived on site for refrigerator needing a previously diagnosed main harness for the refrigerator evap due to a prior defrost issue. Upon arrival I installed the new harness assembly and plugged unit power supply back into outlet. I didnt see any error codes indicating any further issues and instructed customer to give full 24 hrs to allow unit to reach proper temps Unit works as designed call complete.
WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DC3 Arrived on site for a washer that needed a previously diagnosed user interface panel control due to power outage issue prior to diagnosis. After installing the new UI I was able to run a diagnostic test and test for full functionality and power unit passed both an automatic test and a quick rinse and drain cycle. DISHWASHER MAYTAG MDB9959SKZ0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher needing a previously diagnosed motor and pump assembly. After installing the new assembly kit I was able to thoroughly retest the unit during a fill agitate and drain cycle for a few different cycles and found that unit is not working as designed with no leaks before during or after repair customer can start using the dishwasher whenever theyre ready
DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED7500GC0 Arrived on site for dryer that was not turning on. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the power outlet was supplying 240 V as needed and the main AC control was also being supplied the 240 V and was directly sending five DC volts into the UI control. Even though the view I was receiving the proper amount of voltage its still not respond to touch or turn on and the customer stated that the unit for the past couple of months had been randomly turning on and off by itself.
WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW4955HW1 Arrived on site for washer not advancing through cycles as it needs to. Upon arrival I checked units error code section of diagnostics and found no codes present indicating any hardware/software failures. I ran a manual and automatic tests on unit and still no signs of issues occurred. I then ran a quick wash and was eventually able to verify that the main control at random points in cycle would flicker and caused a miscommunication issue. I replaced main control and reset unit to its factory setting. Unit now working as designed no leaks before during or after repair. Call complete.
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS970CIDM00 Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly on the freezer section upon arrival I took tips of the freezer and found that it was sitting around 2.4° and I checked the frost pattern of the freezer and found that the frost pattern was perfectly even it was not too thick or too thin. The fresh fruit side was also registering right at 37° indicating that it was also OK and I did not see any unusual for us patterns in that side as well. I ran multiple diagnostic test on the freezer and refrigerator thermistors and could never get them to fail. I did fine however that the unit was set to an adaptive cool setting and found that occasionally the defrost heater was being turned on prematurely I went ahead and replace the main control you why in order to prevent the unit from going to defrost too soon and I also set the new UI to a standard eight hour defrost to ensure that the units cycles properly through its cooling in defrost mode. DRYER MAYTAG MEDC465HW0 "Arrived on site for dryer that customer stated had rust damage. Upon arrival customer pointed out the area within the back Left corner of bulkhead inside dryer where rust was. After further inspection of the area of concern, I was able to determine that the the discoloring on heating elements ventilation mounting box was was from the normal wear and tear of heat damage that is release from element and passes through vent holes in box and into the drum of unit itself. I instructed customer that this type of discoloring is normal of the span of the dryers life, also gave customer types on simple ways to safely clean that area of the dryer. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KRMF706EBS01 Arrived on site for refrigerator making constant loud sound. Upon arrival customer stated unit had been plugged in that day since 9am (same day as service). I inspected the units 2 evap motor & coil areas as well as condenser fan/compressor area for any sign of non functionality. All hardware. Was running with no visual issues. I checked frost patterns and though little to no ice was on each coil after running most of the day I found that the low side return underneath unit connecting to compressor was condensation/freezing quicklyduring process. Sealed system has no access valves of any kind installed. Customer also mentioned unit was having a cooling issue in freezer when noises started. Freezer at 14 degrees upon arrival. Office to reschedule after TG contacts WP tech line on following morning for further instruct on symptoms of unit.

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WOC54EC0HS03 Arrived on site for wall oven/microwave combo upon arrival I found the unit had an F6E4 error code saved indicating a miscommunication between ACU and UI. I reset power to unit and cleared error and then connected unit to WiFi for any possible updates. After checking ui response in diagnostics and standard modes I was able to replicate prior error code again between ACU and UI. Found New ACU part was not correct match to customers current unit. Model/serial sticker info matchs documented info. Spoke with SR to assist with finding correct ACU plus determining if UI is available for current unit. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT710PAHZ1 Arrived on site for dishwasher missing stoppers on the upper rack. On arrival customer stated that unit had been functioning as designed it was not necessarily causing any dishwasher issues or functionality issues other than the stoppers for the upper rack had broken and falling out of place I went ahead and installed two new stoppers and was able to get the dishwasher rack to stay mounted in place with no further issues. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF535SWHZ02 Arrived on site for fridge not allowing door to close properly.found that unit had a dampener motor that was icing up and getting stuck shut. Unit also had a dried up mule an bar. The grease was no longer there allowing for the door to glide shut smoothly. Found temps in fridge were at 39.6. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW7500GC2 Arrived on site for washer showing a number eight on the consul upon arrival I found that the unit was functioning as it was supposed to and was turning on and cycling through each setting I went ahead and ran a diagnostic test and found that there was a F2 E1 error code indicating that you I had a stuck button which can lead to the ui not properly registering the input and causing random digits to flash. We will need to order and return with a new UI panel in order to fix issue office to reschedule due to part being out of stock; ordrng 1 W11130341 (console)
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRB322DMBW00 Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly and making a knocking noise upon arrival I put the unit to a diagnostic test and ran test six and was able to verify that the damper motor had once again go bad all right go to the customer I was able to retest the new damper motor and the unit and found that the fresh fruit section was now getting to tip also when I was there and at first arrived on site I had checked the temperatures in the freezer as well I found that they were at 4.2° and holding just fine. Unit is now functioning as designed call complete
FREEZER WHIRLPOOL WRV986FDEM01 Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival I Was able to verify that the two evaporator fans as well as condenser fan and compressor are all functioning as needed in the freezer temp was a -2 and the Fresh food section was at 35 Degrees. I did however find that on the back of the unit near the compressor the low side line was freezing over and I disassembled and found that the freezer was having a defrost issue within the main harness assembly I went ahead and replace the main harness eval possibly in the freezer as well as the front you lie panel control once I did I was able to retest unit verify that everything was functioning as designed and inform customer that it will take a few hours for the unit to stabilize. call complete
RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFE505W0HB2 Arrived on site for range not allowing dual burner to adjust temp setting. Upon arrival I comfirmed front left dual burner would stay on high setting no matter where the dial was set to. I replaced infinite switch and retested burner. Unit not allowing for temp adjustment and full functionality of dual burner. Call complete
OVEN JENN-AIR JJW8430DDS "Arrived on site for double wall oven with over heating issue in upper oven. Upon arrival I found the unit has an error code 1D11, indicating the oven was reaching over 650° when in use. During he preheat test of both upper and lower oven, the lower oven never had any issues or signs of failures. Unit heated to 350 within allotted preheat time using its lower bake element. The upper oven however never would send power to the upper ovens bake element. Instead it heated the broil on the entire cycle (never shutting off) and reached a 456° temp near the end of the pre-heat cycle even though it was set to 350. We will need to return with a new ACU, oven sensor and tod sensor. DISHWASHER JENN-AIR JDB4000AWS "Arrived on site for dishwasher or cleaning dishes. Upon arrival I checked interior for any signs of residue, debris, or discoloration. I found that both racks were starting to rust severely. Customers stated the unit would leave a brown/reddish granular residue on dishes after each run time. The unit has hard water deposits lining the door gasket pretty heavily, the rust from racks has been mixing with the with hard water deposits and being redistributed through entirety of units cavity. During tests cycle I could not get any leaks underneath unit but door gasket is not sealing properly.
