WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW1 Arrived onsite for a washer not draining. I found the washer empty with water when I arrived after the customer just washed a load. I found the clothes completely soaked. I checked stored codes and found an F8E1 long fill error. I ran manual diagnostics and found the cold valve only dripping. I cleaned out the back of the cold valve and tested. I had some water flow but it still was not what it should be. The hot valve had good flow. The valve assembly needs to be replaced. Ordering W11210459 VALVE. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11210459 (VALVE)
OVEN KITCHENAID KEMC308KSS04 "Arrived onsite for a microwave/oven wall unit with the oven not heating after a self clean and the power went out. The microwave door with no tension, just falling, and the microwave cavity lamp not working. I found the oven TOD open. All elements tested good. I found the tensioning rods in the microwave door broken and the bulb in the cavity burned out. I replaced the TOD, rods, and bulb. I tested the unit and all functions are working as designed. I replaced the screw in the lower door at the hinge with a screw from my truck stock. Call complete."
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS00 "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with possible failed sealed system components. I found the FC at 37 degrees and the RC at 57 degrees. I found the compressor extremely hot. I checked pressures and found the low side at 0 and the high side at 275 psi. I ran service test 4 and found in step RC section pressures were 12 psi on the low side and 275 psi on the high side. When it went to step 5 it was 0 psi on the low and 275 psi on the high. There was hardly any refrigerant flow in either evaporator. I checked line temps and found the drier extremely cold indicating a possible restriction at the drier. I replaced the drier and compressor. I installed a low side service tap. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 5.5 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and found correct pressures. RC 12 low 150 high, FC 0 low 150 high. Call complete."

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS01 "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling in either compartment. On arrival I found that the customer reset the power to the unit per the offices instruction and the unit was cooling again properly. I found the FC at 0 degrees, the RC at 37 degrees, and the ice bin full. After talking with the customer I determined that the issue with the unit stopping cooling until everything thawed out and then start cooling again on its own all started after the compressor was replaced. The customer stated the fans were all running when the unit was not cooling. I explained to the customer that I feel like the issue is the inverter since the fans were working and the compressor that was replaced came with a new inverter control. I replaced the inverter and tested the unit. All is functioning as designed."
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325SDHZ04 Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly to possibly replace sealed system components. I tested pressures and found the low side in a 9 psi vacuum and the high side at 90 psi. I found the system low on refrigerant. I checked for leaks and found a small refrigerant leak at the factory Lokring between the condenser and yoder loop. I cut the Lokring out and soldered the lines together with a copper coupling. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 5.5 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and had 0 psi on the low side and 125 psi on the high side with a good frost pattern on the evaporator. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF606ESS01 Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that the ice melted in the icebox and it stopped making ice. Upon arrival I found the refrigerator turned off and both compartments at room temperature. Mr stated that when the unit stopped cooling correctly it was displaying a PO and they would reset it but it would come back every few minutes. Mr also stated there was a lot noise coming from the FC and it sounded like fan noise. I started the unit up and tested all the thermistors and they passed. I ran test 4 and all the sealed system components worked as designed and the evaporators were getting cold. I found no water in the bottom of either compartment. I explained to the customer that it sounded like the FC evaporator was having a defrost issue but at this time I cant run all of the test needed because the unit was at room temp. I explained to mr that when it happens again to please call as soon as they notice the unit not producing ice. When this happens agai
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS01 "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling in the FC or in the RC correctly causing food loss in the RC and items melting in the FC along with all of the ice in the ice bucket melting. I found the ice bucket completely full on arrival. I tested temps in the compartments and found the FC at -0.7 when set at 0 degrees and the RC at 36 when set at 37 degrees. I spoke with the customer and it was determined that the issue does not repeat itself on a regular timeframe but the customer was positive that when the unit stops cooling in both compartments, it will not start cooling again for at least 24 hours. I explained to the customer that we would need to check it when it was failing to narrow down whats failing and causing the issue. I gave the customer a list of things to watch for and listen for to help narrow down the possibilities.

The drum rotated a few seconds and stopped. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID n/a Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling again in either compartment. I found the evaporator with a good frost pattern but the evaporator fan wasnt running again. I checked voltage at the fan motor and dad no voltage at the coil but it had 11.5VDC on the return which should only show voltage if the fan is running. I also found the resistance on the fan motor about 150 ohms higher than the recommended high reading. The control will need the be replaced and the fan motor will need to be replaced again at the same time. . Ordering CNTRL-ELEC and evaporator motor. RANGE WHIRLPOOL WEG745H0FS0 Arrived onsite for a range that gets to temp but will not stay at temp and the burner will not light again unless the cycle is cancelled and restarted. I tested the ignition system and checked the burner for correct flame. I found delayed ignition with the burner causing it to explode when it did light and choke the flame out. I made adjustments to the air shutter and changed the air fuel mixture and I adjusted the bake Ignitor. I tested the oven at 500 degrees and the unit is cycling the burner on and off and its working as designed. I did find the tip of the bake ignitor slightly worn and explained to the customer that this would probably need to be replaced in the future. Call complete.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WSR57R18DM02 Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats not cooling again. I found the evaporator completely packed in frost not allowing any air movement. I found the fan running properly. I checked the temp of the evaporator thermistor and found it at 33 degrees. I tested the resistance of the thermistor and found it at 8.5K ohms and in range. I ran service diagnostics and found the heater working and no failures. I defrosted the coil. I found the gaskets around the cover getting bad so I replaced them. I found no warm air leaks and the drain line clear. I suspect the control possibly failing again. Ordering W11282569 CONTRL-BOX & WPW10384183 THERMISTOR. I tested the FC temp and found it at 8 degrees when the 3 way valve switched over the the RC. I found no stored errors for the ice maker. I found the mold dry. I tested all thermistors from the UI and they passed. I found the evaporator fans and condenser fan working as designed. I ran the ice maker harvest test and fill test. All works as designed. I ran the ice box fan test and found it sluggish, speeding up and slowing down. I checked the voltage out of the main control and found it low. I replaced the main control. I accessed the FC evaporator and ran service test 4. I found the FC evaporator coil only frosting up on 2 1/2 loops. The compressor and drier will need to be replaced and are covered under the manufacture warranty. I still dont suspect a refrigerant leak but am ordering everything for the sealed system and will determine what all is nee
