Found some debris inside the drain and removed it. Put unit back into place and inspected the FC evaporator and found a large block of ice on the evap fan which was causing the loud noise I find where the ice maker fill tube chute was not properly mounted and water was leaking down onto the fan shroud and forming the ice. I corrected the chute and placed permagum sealer around it to help secure it and removed all of the ice and tested. Unit is operating as designed.
