I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the bake, broil, and convection and all operated as designed. Due to ongoing issues of broil not coming on during bake convection, which due to this unit being gas the broil will not come on during bake convection as it will cause the unit to release too much gas and cause a strong odor of gas in the home, I removed and replaced the sensor and tested temps. I tested on convection bake at 325 degrees. Once the unit reached preheat, temps held steady between 331-345 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and provided a brochure with the SR# from techline from previous service call and recommended that they contact Whirlpool for further assistance for the broil burner not coming on during convection bake as its not supposed to.
