MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HS4 "Arrived on site to inspect microwave open door error. Upon further inspection, customer advised that intermittently, the display will say open/close door error. I tested unit and could not duplicate the error. Due to the issue being intermittent and it potentially causing more issues later on, I am ordering both interlock assemblies and a CNOTE-LSO FOR TRAINING and CNOTE-SCHEDULE WITH JOB 289652. Upon further inspection found the lower spray arm missing pieces, according to order notes customer was to have the part and I found that the customer did not have the part. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KBFN502ESS01 "Arrived on site to refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further Inspection using my jumper wire I jumped the ice maker from T-H and tested the ice maker harvest, the ice maker harvested but failed to fill with water. Tested voltage at the inlet valve and got 120v. Removed rear water line from inlet valve and tested ice maker for water and no water came out. ; ordrng 1 W11246413 (Inlet valve) and 1 EDR3RXD1 (Filter) and 1 CNOTE (LSO FOR TRAINING)"

Due to the main control and inlet valve failures, I removed and replaced the both parts and calibrated the unit. Placed in diagnostics and tested and unit is operating as designed. OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOS51EC0HS01 "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit using my multimeter. I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 422 degrees. This is normal as high temps are needed to help heat the entire metal surface to give a better more even cook. The next 5 readings were 332, 396, 334, 373, 341 for an average of 355.2. When testing temps, average temp reading should be with 10 degrees above and below temp testing which was 350 degrees. Unit temps are within range and no repairs are needed at this time. Home is a vacant new build. Job completed."

COOKTOP JENN-AIR JGCP548HL00 Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the rear center burner not igniting I removed and replaced the burner head. When removing the burner head I found a screw missing from the burner head and evidence of liquid residue and inspected the burner head and found the inner gasket deteriorated. Tested the new burner head and unit is operating as designed. I am ordering replacement screws and CNOTE-LSO FOR TRAINING and will return with all pre-screened parts. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS01 "Arrived on site to install sealed system components. Due to the compressor failure and unit not cooling, I removed and replaced the compressor, inverter board, access valve, hv drier and vacuumed the system. Once the system was vacuumed and it held pressure, I installed 6.0 ounces of R134a refrigerant into the system and checked pressures. Unit held pressures and is beginning to cool. Evaporator has a good frost pattern and no signs of leaks. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for approximately 24-48 hours. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

DISHWASHER MAYTAG MDB4949SDE3 "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no water filling the tub. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E1 & F6E4. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed. I retested in diagnostics and tested the float switch by moving the lever up and down and in doing such, the switch was engaged causing the water to turn off and on. I found that the customer has a water softener and is using too much detergent causing too many suds and raising the float device and causing the water to shut off. I made recommendations for detergent and rinse aid use as well as use and care recommendations. I contacted the owner of the home and advised of my findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

OVEN KITCHENAID KEMC377KBL05 "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, the customer had the power turned off to the unit and turned it on. Once t(e unit had power, the display showed Id-27 and PF for power failure. The oven door was locked and I used a piece of cardboard to open it. Once I pressed cancel, the unit display cleared and showed the time. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and it operated as designed. Job completed.
