Kevin Bell was the best service & technical professional I have had service my appliances. Ever. Kevin was on time, courteous, friendly and knew my name. He put on the protective booties before entering my home and he set up his work area neatly in front of our dishwasher and carefully removed the screws for the door and proceeded to do a check of the machine and the problem causing the door to leak. He proceeded to test the machine and located the leak. He answered my questions and discussed with me the part needed to be replaced. He replaced the part that was causing the leak and checked again to confirm there were no other issues with the machine. Kevin was completely knowledgeable about the brand, model and possible problems. He had the replacement part on his truck and was able to complete the repair. He gave me a pamphlet with Appliance Express cards and service information for future reference. Susan, who I spoke with regarding the appointment was also courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about what to expect and was easy to discuss the appointment with me. This was a GREAT service experience and I thank Kevin Bell and Appliance Express for excellent service. I will use Appliance Express for future service repairs and recommend them highly.

Instructed customer on washer expectations and correct operation. Went over correct loading, expected water temperature during wash cycle and how it is controlled by control board software.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325FDAM04 "Arrived on site and found refrigerator is disconnected from power, customer is experiencing circuit breaker tripping. Reconnected refrigerator to power and compressor began running and refrigerator powered up correctly. Remove rear panel and did not find any issues. Inspected all wiring and inspected evaporator and did not find any issues. Refrigerator did not trip breaker while on site, could not duplicate issue.
OVEN JENN-AIR JJW3830DS03 Arrived on site and inspected oven and found F6E0 saved for control panel communication error. Replaced control panel and oven is now operating properly. Job complete
