DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF130PAHB2 Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking from the front. Possible gasket issue. Upon arrival I found the unit uninstalled and pulled out and away from the cabinet. I re installed the unit and ran a full diagnostics cycle. I could not recreate any leaks coming from the unit or the door at this time. I visually inspected the gasket and it looked good with no evidence of water escaping. Unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.
DRYER WHIRLPOOL MEDX655DW1 Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the T-stat and tested the unit. The unit is heating and working as designed. I tested voltage at the terminal block and found the voltage was at 250Vac from L1 to L2 and 124 from L1 to common and 125 from L2 to common as well as ground. The slightly high voltage should not affect the components. I placed my thermal lead on the vent outlet on the dryer with the vent hose disconnected. The temperature began to rise gradually. When I connected the vent hose the temperature began to rise very fast indicating the hot air is not escaping the vent system and returning to the dryer. Unit is working as designed at this time. I advised to have the vents checked again as I could not verify airflow on the outer wall of the residence. Job complete.
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX735SDHZ03 Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice maker not dispensing ice. Upon inspection I found the ice bin stuck. When I would try to dispense I could hear the auger turning and ice would dispense intermittently. I was able to remove the bin and found a large amount of ice had Thawed and clumped together. I found the ice bin auger arm had separated and detached from the inner bin so I corrected. I found the ice maker inlet was frozen solid with a block of ice over the tray. I removed the ice maker and removed all ice. I also steamed out the inlet port. I found the ice maker faulty so I replaced it with a new one. Unit is working as designed at this tome and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.
REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FRS6R5EMB1 Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in the RC and food spoiling very fast. Upon inspection I found the RC at a noticeable higher temp than should be. I inspected the FC and found a big frost formation on the outside of the evaporator cover. I ran a forced defrost cycle and was able to see the defrost heater get red hot. I accessed the evaporator and found only the top 2 rungs were frosted and a big ball of ice formed over the capillary tube see SD quick pic. Indicating a restriction in the evaporator somewhere. I heard the damper engage and it sounded very loud and scratchy. The unit will need a sealed system repair to install a new compressor and evaporator. With the food in the FC frozen solid and the RC losing cool I have determined that he damper has also failed and all the cold air is getting stuck in the FC. I could not feel any air coming through the damper. I am ordering the compressor (5304475102) evaporator (5303918284) access valve

I ran test 59 for ice maker harvest and it would not complete a harvest cycle. I ran test 56 and an error code of E5 came up on the display indicating a faulty IM thermistor. I could not see the inner door warped. The unit will need a microwave control and interlock. The unit is connected at a junction and routed through the cabinet. I advised that the customer would have to have a licensed electrician come out to disconnect the unit for service. I am ordering the micro control and returning with interlock Micro control (W11325603). Office to R/S due to part availability. ; ordrng 1 W11325603 (CONTROL ELEC)

I also tested the continuity of the power cord and it tested good. I was able to power up the unit for a brief moment and it began to spin.
