Ron - Georgetown, TX
Jonathan and his associate were prompt, identified the problem with my refrigerator, (bad filter sleeve) and took care of the problem. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing. I am very thankful I called Appliance Express!
Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Jonathan explained the workings of the machine better than the book of instructions that came with the machine. The instruction booklet assumes to many variables without clarifying things you need to really focus on. I may have been passed by with today’s electronic revolution, but when the instruction booklet leaves a lot to be desired, that goes too far. Thanks for being patient with this customer and his lack of the new age electronics and to your assistant, who I.m sure got a good laugh out of the call.
Assess status of unit repair
Debra - Georgetown, TX
Although the repair would have been more costly than buying a new unit, the advice given by the technician on procurring a new unit was outstanding!
A very good job but not perfect
Ted - Georgetown, TX
Jonathan and his trainee we both very nice and helpful regarding the home warranty issues. After they left I realized that the dishwasher was not attached one side. This was not there doing but they worked inside and under the machine and didn't notice this and correct it. Even if it was an additional charge it would have been nice to have spent $400+ for the repair that this would have been corrected to prevent future failures or problems.
