Above and Beyond
Therese Greene - Georgetown, TX
Jonathan Short went above and beyond the small repair we needed on our new gas stovetop. We had recently moved in a brand new house and he took the time to explain features of the dishwasher, oven and stovetop that I was unfamiliar with. I learned quite a bit and really appreciate him taking the extra time.
Tech walked away and never resolved the issue
James - Round Rock, TX
Aweful service. Tech ignored my wife. Told her there was no issue with the 3 beeps. Even though there is. He called someone they said it was a board but when he learned the cost he told her American Home shield would not cove if he could not verify. Well it made the beeps but he said that was normal. Our dryer NEVER beeps on start up. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
