Unlike the 1st company the homeowner insurance company sent that just swapped parts twice then gave up Appliance Express actually ran the diagnostic code and troubleshot the problem. It was an intermittent problem which is difficult to diagnose and fixed the temp failure we were getting

Very professional service. Had a 10 year old refrigerator making high-pitched noise and not cooling properly. Called applying express and they sent out Jonathan and a trainee to diagnose and fix the problem. They were very professional wearing cloth booties and mask while performing their duty. Was able to fix the problem with the noise. Unit was still not cooling but made a follow up two days later and corrected the problem. Highly recommend.

Found fault code F1-E2 motor control fault and F7-E6 motor fault. Performed automatic test cycle and found lid latch would not lock. Performed manual test mode and found lid not locking. Ran water test cycle and found working. Will need to replace lid latch and need authorization for lid latch. Ohmd out the motor and it tested good. May need actuator on return, but will need to install the lid latch to further test unit. Ordering motor if needed and lid latch for return visit.
