Efficient Friendly, Knowledgable, Service
Mark - Crawford, TX
Representative arrived as scheduled. Was friendly, and instead of assuming what the problem was, called the manufacturer's help desk to confirm. The repairs were made. The technician had the parts on his truck, so we didn't have to wait additional amount of time for the parts to be ordered and installed at a later date. The microwave repairs were completed and we have not had any additional problems since. Thank you.
Timely and professional.
