Since I worked in the service industry for 30 years, I know what to look for in a service tech. She was great. She new what she was doing. Always explained what was happening. She also was training a new employee. Was vary careful not to damage anything when removing the oven. You all have a great person working for you. Do not let her get away.

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WGG745S0FS02 Arrived on site to check gas range for yellow flames. Tested all burners and all flames are nice and blue and flame heights are proper. Inspected burners and burner caps and then re-tested unit with all burners on at the same time for several minutes. All burners stay consistent with only a small amount of yellow tips periodically. Informed customer that yellowing is caused by air gas mixture or additives in the gas supply. Customer said they have used a humidifier over the past few weeks and that is when they have noticed more yellowing. Informed that the humidifier changes the moisture content in the air and Therefore changes the air gas mixture. Instructed on cleaning tips long term for the burners. All functions check at this time job complete
