< 3month old washer with "intermittent" computer issues
Gail - Austin, TX
Callie in the office was very helpful and accommodating. David called prior to arrival and arrived promptly. I've tried only 1 load since the repair, but it went well. David did "prep" me about if the problem comes back. He said the problem might be deemed as not waiting long enough for the computer to start the different features. That is contrary to my experience, of things not advancing at all, sometimes.
Great and fast service
