Saw water dripping from front left of door. Opened unit during test cycle and found a huge a,out of suds. Tried leveling unit, but floor is uneven and resulted in door not being able to close. Adjusted door and level as best I could. Retested and didn’t see any other drip.

REFRIGERATOR LG LFXC24796D/00 Arrived on site to diagnose one no cool refrigerator. On arrival found unit unplugged. Another company came out and diagnosed issue as sealed system and unplugged unit. Plugged in unit to confirm diagnosis. Found no frost pattern developing at all after 10+ mins. Performed sealed system checklist. Got with SR to order proper parts for sealed system. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT710PAHZ1 "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher customer has said leaked from the front of the unit. Customer had said foam was wet, and he saw bubbles. Said this happened last month. Ran and tested unit and found a large amount of suds on the inside. Advised customer to change soaps if the pods are consistently creating suds that are going over the tray. Did not see any other leak causes, and likely just oversuds or having pots too close to the door. All is workin as this time with no leaks found. Call complete."

Ran diagnostics and found errors F8E1 Valve Failure, F0E5 Off BAlance, F7E8 Motor overheat. Ran test 12 for quick cycle, and all items checked good. Checked motor windings for overheat error and all checked good. Found that water seemed to get high during normal cycle, likely adding weight to cause the off balance loads, but valves are triggering on and off properly via diag. Replaced pressure switch due to likely being failed causing incorrect water level readings. Retested and all is working as designed. Advised customer to check use and care guide for proper loading sizes and cycles. Call complete."

WASHER AMANA NTW4516FW3 Arrived on site to diagnose washer with reports of inconsistent water fill levels. Customer informed me that at times the auto sensing setting (with hot) doesn’t seem to get high enough. Called tech line and spoke with Steve. Went over tests and found no error codes. Since control was replaced prior there is no need to try and replace again. Unit fill is based on time and if hot water pressure is lower it may not get as high as cold or warm. No mechanical issues found and unit is working as designed per tech line. Advised customer to contact WP customers service for additional use and care tips. Call complete.

Checked unit and found that the freezer icemaker fill tube was not seated in the icemaker, and the rear icemaker mounting screw was not level with the icemaker bracket. Removed icemaker and reseated with fill tube in proper location. Verified fill and no water leaks. All is now working as designed. Call complete."
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF555SDFZ09 Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking from dispenser. And dispenser and saw water leaking from the top of the door. Removed hinge cover and found that the water tube going into the door was not fully seated and caused it to leak. Fully inserted water line from door into the coupler and retested. Unit is no longer leaking and all is working as designed. Call complete.
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF757SDHZ00 "Arrived on site to follow up on icemaker not producing ice. Ran diagnostics on unit and checked icemaker. Found a couple of slivers of ice. Ran harvest test to remove ice, and unit finished harvest cycle. Ran error code test and still found E5 error for ice mold thermistor. Unplugged unit and power cycled. Retested after power cycle and verified unit is harvesting, filling, ice box fan running hard. Diagnostic test shows ice bin is not full. Unit should start producing ice when temps drop low enough now. If issue persists please have a UI on standby and contact tech line for sure on next visit, as well as ice maker. Call complete at this time as unit is testing Good on all tests and needs adequate time to cool down. Customer will follow up if unit still isn’t producing ice In the next 24 or so hours."

Found no frost pattern on EVAP, and found it making almost a dripping water sound. Moved unit out to check compressor and found an oil like Freon all over the compressor and floor. Unit is leaking from the compressor area and needs a sealed system job to resolve. Ordering compressor, dryer, valve, Evap if needed, and lokring kit.
