REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF992FIFM00 Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part. I gained access to the dual valve and replaced new. I found then vap pan full of ice and clogged. I steamed out the drain and removed the ice. I gained access to the drain tube and found a restriction in the drain tube cause water to leak out of the fresh food side of the fridge. I removed the restriction. No water leaks detected. Job complete.
DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL MDB8959SFZ4 "Arrived on site for f2e2 error code on dishwasher. I power cycled the unit and it remained. I tested the voltage from the control to the UI and found no voltage. I replaced the main control and the unit powered on as designed. I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle, unit operated as designed no water leaks detected.
WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW3 Arrived on site for washer tripping the breaker. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the washer on a GFCI breaker. I put the unit through diagnostics and found no fault codes. I put the unit through a automatic test cycle and the unit operated as designed. I called techline and spoke with TJ sr# 7727956826. Advised techline of the situation. Techline advised if the unit is on a GFCI breaker it will cause the breaker to trip. Techline recommended the breaker be changed to a non-GFCI/Arch breaker. Job complete. No water leaks detected at this time.

RANGE AMANA AGR5330BAS3 Arrived on site for oven bulb broken. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the bottom half of the bulb stuck in the socket. I removed the socket from the oven cavity and was able to twist out the broken bulb. I tested the sock and found it to be good. Customer wanted to purchase a new bulb and have it installed I installed the new bulb and reinstalled the socket into the cavity. I tested the light and it came on when called for.

I gained access to the inner panel and inspected the hinges, I found the door and hinges misaligned. I removed and reinstalled the hinges, and realigned the door. I tested the door operation. The door is now remaining closed every time and is latching as designed. Job complete. No water leaks detected."
OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOS51EC0AS04 "Arrived on site for oven having no power. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the thermal fuse to be bad. I replaced the thermal fuse with new and powered the unit on. I tested the unit and unit operated as designed. I spoke with the customer about not leaving the oven door open while it was cooling, that doing so will, cause that fuse to pop. I also spoke to the customer about reshaping the gasket once a month to prevent any heat from escaping the top of the oven. Job complete."

I found the gasket on the freezer was not molded properly, I remolded the gasket. I also found the unit out of level. I leveled the unit and tested the door operations. All designed as operated. No water leaks detected."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WSR57R18DM01 Arrived on site to install sealed system parts. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the cap tube covered in ice and the system low on refrigerant. I evacuated the system and removed the old dryer and old compressor. I installed a new compressor and dryer. I gained access to the evaporator and removed the ice build up around the cap tube. I removed the old evaporator and replaced with new. I preformed a push pull test on the system and found no restriction. I pulled a 30 inch vacuum and monitored pressures for a leak. No leak present. I filled the system with a measured charge of 4.8 oz. I monitored the low side and high side pressure and found low side 0 and high side 150. I found a good frost pattern on the evaporator. System is operating as designed. Please allow 24 hours for unit to get to proper temperature. Job complete.
WASHER MAYTAG MVWB765FW3 "Arrived on site for washer making a noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes F2E1 stuck key, F7E9 stuck rotor. I inspected the drive system under the unit and found the rotor bolt blower has backed out allowing the rotor to fall down during the cycle cause the locked rotor fault. I replaced the slider and installed a new rotor bolt with some added blue loktite. Ran unit through a ugh diagnostics cycle, unit operated as designed. No water leaks detected. Job complete."
WASHER LG WT1101CW "Arrived on site for washer giving an LE error code. I inspected the unit and work area. I tried to start the washer and it appeared the clutch would not switch or engage properly. I could not get the unit into diagnostics. I am returning with washer clutch 4681EA1009C, and housing assembly AEN73131403 just in case. I will need to call LG techline to properly diagnose the issue. ordrng 1 4681EA1009C (WASHER CLUTCH ) and 1 AEN73131403 (HOUSING ASSEMBLY )"

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW2 "Arrived on site for washer making a noise. I spoke with the customer and they showed me a video of the unit making the noise. I found fault codes for over sudding and unbalanced load, and motor fault. I inspected the motor and found the bolts for the motor had come lose. I tightened the bolts down and leveled the unit. I preformed a calibration on the unit and ran it through a high spin. There was no shaking and the unit didn’t make the noise anymore. I ran the unit through a test cycle and the unit operated as designed. I spoke with customer about proper loading of the machine and proper soap usage. No water leaks detected. Job complete."
