DRYER SAMSUNG DV48H7400GW/A2 "Arrived on site to test unit for loud screeching sound. Found belt was slipping on tensioner pulley. Found black residue from belt slipping. Clean pulley of residue build up. Put new belt on and noise was still present. Recommended to customer we swap idler, spring and belt all at the same time. ; ordrng 1 DC61-01215B (SPRING) and 1 DC93-00634A (IDLER )"

Explained to customer how to confirm. Found left door switch was not working properly. Replaced switch, tested unit, unit works good.confirmed with customer both water and ice were dispensing good. Customer did not like that the switches didnt match so I changed the right door switch to match. Tested unit, unit works good. Confirmed again with customer water and ice are dispensing as designed. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW560CHW0 "Arrived on site to replace tub from previous diagnosis. Tested unit and confirmed leak was coming from the bottom front side tub/bellow area. In the process of removing tub we noticed a hole in bellow(took pic). Replaced bellow tested unit, unit worked good with no leaks. Cold line was connected on a splitter to heater. When removed cold water line we noticed the threads on the valve were chewed up. Attempted to hook up cold line but was unsuccessful. Will need new valve to fix issue. Customer stated washer shakes violently but was unable to replicate issue. Spoke with tech line and no issues were found with machine, they recommended customer use a more balanced load and went over load procedures with customer. SR#7729100564; ordrng 1 W11316256 (valve)"

Same issue was present after installing parts. Noticed machine was not level. Leveled machine and door lined up perfect and mullion was operating as designed. Seal was sealing properly. Verified ACU was receiving proper voltage by check pins 1 and 2 of J2. Status LED on ACU was not lighting. Per service pointer W11481344 ordering ACU. Ran calibration on unit. Looked underneath unit found oil from gear case. (W11455453). I was able to remove wash plate without damage.

Found error code F4e3(restricted air flow). Erased error code and disconnected dryer vent and unit was venting properly. Ran Install Diagnostics and air flow results was a 0(bad) while hooked up to exterior venting. Informed customer she needs vent cleaned for unit to operate properly and to get vent cleared before operating unit to prevent further damage. Job complete."

Inspected wires on left door harness and found wire harness junction box bent and 3 wires cut leading directly to cavity of the unit.
