"Arrived on site for complaints of smart dispenser not working. Entered service mode and tested all valves. Detergent was dispensed and water in unit became soapy with suds. Exited service mode and started a normal cycle with smart dispenser set on auto. Monitored as it advanced through the cycle and detergent was dispensed. Unit functioning as designed, no water leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for RC not cooling properly. Found RC evap cover covered in frost/ice. Exposed evap and found evap motor not engaging. Put unit into defrost and heating element working as designed. Replaced evap motor, tested unit, unit now working as designed. Found thermistors in range. Unit not currently connected to water.

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed main control board, replaced control board tested ice maker ice maker called for water but did not receive any, disconnected water line going from valve to filter activated test 58 but valve would not open just made a buzzing noise, valve receiving proper voltage, will need inlet water valve to get ice maker to work again, Office to get authorization and reschedule; ordrng 1 WR02X13684 (Filter manifold) and 1 WR57X27527 (Inlet water valve)"
