Arrived onsite for will not turn on. Upon arrival inspected unit. Console is not responding. Checked polarity and is good. Got correct voltage from control to console. Need to replace console. Replaced the control panel W11413567 and test unit. Unit operates as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling in RC, tested unit found FC evaporator completely frosted over, ran diagnostics on the heater and it is not engaging, the heater is good, unit has a defrost system failure, will need evaporator harness, defrost thermistor, control box and UI control, advised customer to unplug unit and leave doors open 24 hours Before our next visit,ordering parts office to reschedule ; ordrng 2 WPW10384183 (Thermistor)s and 1 W11203289 (UI control) and 1 W11546690 (Control box)"
