Arrived on site to test unit for left rear burner not working. Test unit and found screw in burner. Removed screw and replaced burner and test unit and in it test good job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed control. Found parts were not correct. Spoke with service management and corrected issue. Ordering parts and scheduled for 1/15. ; ordrng 1 W10906428 (Control) and 1 W11025157 (Sump assembly) and 1 W11227372 (Harness)

Arrived on site to test unit for not filling. Customer stated 2 other men the contractor sent out stated dishwasher is not working. Found water was off. Turned water on and completed diagnostic cycle with no issues. No leaks detected. Unit is currently working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not drying properly. Found no stored error codes. High drain loop is installed. Ran diagnostics and verified element engaging. Advised customer to purge cold water from sink prior to using unit. Also advised on use of rinse aid and leaving door open when cycle completes for optimal drying. No leaks detected. Job complete.
