Arrived onsite for built-in GE refrigerator leaking overnight intermittently. Found unit evap drain had frozen and was causing runoff out the door during defrost. Cleared all ice and ensured unit was draining through the evap drain hose properly. Advised customer on repair and findings. . Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning clothes out completely. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit still completing cycle. Found wet clothes at the end of the cycle more than likely being caused by excessive detergent at times or overloading. Customer will monitor

Arrived on site to replace sump and motor. Replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good. Unit was in the garage job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for yellow flames. Found flames to be just a little orange on the top here and there. Asked customer if she had a air purifier and she said yes. I advised customer that can cause the flames to turn orange. Adjusted flames due to flames turning off when you go to low setting. Flames test good after adjustments
