"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that stopped cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had powered off again, and was not cooling for the course of at least eight hours. He showed me a video of what was happening and the interior and ice paddle lights were flickering on and off but no other components were running. I found the unit cooling and operating as designed around the unit through diagnostics. Ran through all general testing and could not get the unit to re-emulate the same issue. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7738948891. He had me make a few checks, and advised that because the main control had been replaced, he would replace the user interface, emitter board, and receiver board all together. Ordering me a mirror and receiver boards and rescheduled the customer to 4/30. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W10898445 (Reciever board) and 1 W10870822 (Emitter board)"

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that has shattered in inner glass. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were using a self clean cycle and that towards the end, the glass completely shattered on the inside. I asked the customer if they had left the racks inside of the oven during the self claim which she said she did. I did explain to the customer that that will cause shattering Occasionally because of the difference in temperature between the glass and the racks. I replaced the inner glass and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is turning itself on and off. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that for three days, the unit was just making a clicking sound on the back side of the refrigerator near the control, and that the power inside and outside of the refrigerator was turning on and off every five seconds. He advised that after three days, the unit started to work again, and has been running ever cents. I went ahead and replace the high voltage control due to the unit working properly at this point to eliminate any kind of control related issue, but did explain to the customer that there was no other way for me to determine exactly what happened. Advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Cole complete."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is really loud. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit making a loud grinding sound when the wash motor was running. Checked the wash motor and found the windings opening up causing the issue. I went ahead and replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that will not let the ice container out. Inspected unit and worked area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the ice container. Completely frozen in side the icemaker area. The customer advised that prior to this issue, whenever they were trying to dispense, cubed, ice that they were dispensing crushed ice. found evidence of ice buildup inside of the ice container due to the fill cup overflowing. I did advise the customer that the issue would be with ice buildup inside of the ice container and that they will need to thaw the unit out for several days to remove the excess ice. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."
