PYET344AYW Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the thermal fuse open and moved and replaced. The unit resumed normal function and heated as designed.

Arrived on site for SD code. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error code F0E2 oversuds. Cleared unit and ran normal cycle. Unit is operating as designed. Instructed customer on the proper amount of detergent to use and also instructed about using load n go feature. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for unit not drying correctly. Upon arrival ran vent test and is good. found out customer was using eco boost to dry. Instructed customer that using eco boost uses less heat and tumbles for a longer period. Test unit with clothes not using eco boost. Unit is operating as designed . Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a griddle that is not heating. Found L2 not closing in infinite switch and it will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Office to set return appointment. ; ordrng 1 W11095650 (Switch)
