Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the tub ring and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is intermittently leaking from the front left corner of her washer and that its not a lot of water but she is concerned since the unit is still under warranty and its a brand new washer. I did confirm the customers complaint and checked underneath the unit. Could not find any water residue anywhere around the unit except for at the top left-hand corner at the fabric softener dispenser. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed with no water leaks present. Did find the customer was within the range of the service pointer to replace the tub ring due to this issue. Ordering the tub ring and the office will need to contact the customer to reschedule due to an out of stock and PSP item. ; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub ring)

Arrived on site for a washing machine that still not agitating correctly. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked underneath the unit. Found the cam broken again. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7732425605. I advised him of all previous repairs and he advised that his team lead said that theres an investigation going on into the new cams do to potential engineering defect. He advised to order the newest updated cam from Plainsfield. Spoke to SR and advised her of their findings. Looked underneath the unit and found the cam broken again. Spoke to ER and was advised to replace the gear case, cam, and shifter. Replaced all parts and test of the unit. As designed."
