"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken latch. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will not lock the lid and keeps making a clicking sound. He showed me by trying to start a drain and spin cycle and found the lid light flashing, and attempting to lock but not able to lock. I went ahead and replaced the latch assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

I have on site for a washing machine that is making a lot of loud noises during the spin cycle. Test the unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the belt slipping on the cam. Replaced both parts and tested the unit. Found the unit was having a hard time draining. I removed the drain pump and found some blockage at the top. I removed the blockage and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the agitator, coupler, agitator cam, hub, and agitator screw. Reassembled the unit and tested it in diagnostics. Found the unit not agitate during the agitation portion of the cycle and instead spinning the basket from side to side. I checked underneath the washer and found the actuator broken, causing the issue. Ordering the actuator and rescheduled the customer to 12/4. ; ordrng 1 W11212745 (Actuator)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not washing clothes well. Inspected unit and worked area. The customer advised that the unit runs through the full cycle, but does not seem to agitate well as her clothes are not coming out clean. Disassembled the agitator and found, the agitator coupler completely seized onto the bolt. Attempted to remove the bold and the agitator coupler completely stripped. Went to remove the agitator and found the agitator seized on top of the driveshaft. Ordering all pertinent components needed for repair in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W10772621 (Agitator screw) and 1 W11561052 (Agitator coupler) and 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 W11158175 (Agitator cam)"
