"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is frosting in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise the unit cools and operates just fine but that they are getting frosting up in the upper right hand corner of the freezer section at the door. I did confirm the customers complaint and found frost inside the unit. I found the door gasket, not quite making a proper connection and use to heat going to try to reform the gasket. Found that the frame of the cabinet was bent out a little bit, causing the door not to make a proper seal. I checked the liner inside the cabinet and found an indentation on the left-hand side. I attempted to use silicone to bridge the gap, but found that the gap was too wide, for the Silicone and Silicone was just dripping down. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7738633973. He had me send him several photos of the indentation of the liner, and advised that the gap was too wide to silicone, and that the unit would be sent to review. He advised that whirlpool would be in contact with my cell for the customer depending on the next steps. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that wont make ice. Inspected unit and work area. Took temperature of the freezer section and found it sitting at -1?F. Tested the icemaker and found that it would not turn. Attempted to remove the icemaker, but was unable to. Found the backside of the icemaker cover catching on something. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7737543721. He advised us to go ahead and yank it out and let him know if there was any damage done to the cabinet. I was able to successfully remove the icemaker and replaced the icemaker. Tested the unit and found the unit harvest and filled as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dishwasher that had a spray arm fall and melt. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and replaced the lower spray arm. Tested the unit and the unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint as I plugged in the unit. Found that the condenser fan would run, but the compressor would not start. Check voltage going to the inverter and found 120 V from the line one side and 7 V DC on The other side. I found that the inverter would not attempt to start the compressor at all. Replaced the hamburger and tested the unit. The unit began to cool and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has no heat. Inspected unit and work area. The customer complained that the dryer with tumble but not heat. Just the unit and confirm the customer complaint. Check voltage off the back of the unit and found 120 V from Line 1 to neutral, 22V from Line 2 to neutral and 77 V from Line 1 to Line 2 indicating an issue with the electrical supply. The customer turned off the breaker and turned the breaker back on, found proper voltage and polarity after breaker was reset. Tested the unit on a time dry high heat cycle and found the unit heating and operating as designed. Did advise the customer that the issue was with her electrical spy and have them sign the incoming voltage waiver. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
