Arrived on site for nothing. That is too cold. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that was not the actual complaint. She advised that the unit will not allow her to cook anything and will flash an error. Message wants the unit gets up to about 175 to 180?. Around the unit three diagnostics in confirmed an F8 E0 (low fan speed under speed) error code. I am ordering both blower fans and will return with the control just in case. Rescheduled the customer to 4/29.; ordrng 2 W11598119 (Blower)s

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking a long time to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit does heat and tumble but that it is taking her three hours to dry clothes in the dryer. The customer had a load inside of the dryer, and when I opened it, I felt, a gusher of heat coming from the dryer after about five seconds, indicating an airflow issue. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose was crunched and on itself causing an airflow issue. I showed the customer the issue and asked if they ever had the dryer vents cleaned. She stated that they had never done that before. I advise the customer that she may need to switch vent hoses to a periscope style dryer vent and potentially get her vents cleaned to ensure that this does not continue to cause problems. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does heat and tumble but that its seemingly taking multiple cycles to get clothes completely dry. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose crunched. I tested the unit and confirmed the dryer was tumbling and heating as designed. I did find an airflow issue within the dryer. I checked outside for any clogs or debris and could not find any. I did advise the customer that the issue was most likely with their vent hose, and that because the unit is tumbling and heating properly and cycling often on, the only issue left would be an airflow issue. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that has a broken sensor. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me the sensor that had broken off and advised that they used to be a wire that was hanging down but she has since not been able to find it. I gained access to the back panel and found the wire dangling behind the rear bulkhead. I replaced the sensor and reattach the wiring and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site or a refrigerator that is making a rattling noise. Inspected unit and work area. Could not hear any rattling or vibration noise coming from the unit. The customer advised that the noise completely stopped about five or six days ago when they called in and they dont know exactly whats happening. she did advise that when they moved the refrigerator, it seem to help a little bit. Tested all components and found all components working and operating as designed. Did advise the customer without being able to replicate it, I would not be able to determine exactly what happened. I did tell them that it is passport mightve just been cabinet vibration due to the flooring. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."
