"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they can not get the unit to start. Chewed by the shed contacted customer service and they told her to press and hold the power button until all the lights lit up and then touch the start button but it has not been working. I explain to the customer that is the exact opposite. She needs to press the power button and press and hold the start button until all the bars light up all the way across the user interface. Tested the unit multiple times, and could not get the unit to fault. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The customer advised that shes been using the unit the same way she was told for the last few months and that she was unaware of how to use it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is condensating on the center Molean. Inspected unit and work area. If customer advised that the unit is condensating on the horizontal million and a little bit on the vertical Molean in the refrigerator section. Checked both Malayans and found him cold. Went through the service diagnostics and changed the status on both from sensor operation to non-sensor operation indicating the heater would be on 100% of the time. Did not find any condensation on either Molean at this point. Let the unit run for 20 minutes and found both millions starting the heat and operate as designed. Check voltage to both millions and found proper voltage. Check resistance through the millions and found proper resistance. By the customer that the unit should be working in operating as designed this point. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making ice, but will not dispense ice. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit and did confirm that the motor sounded like it was turning but ice would not dispense. Remove the ice container and checked with the impeller. Found the impeller stripped. Replaced the dispenser, motor, impeller, and divider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that wont start. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that whenever they try to start the dryer, the unit will tell them that they need to close the door even though the door is closed. Did confirm the customers complaint and remove the top. I found that the door switch connector was not connected to the wires harness. I plugged the door switch in and tested the unit. The unit began to heat and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the freezer works just fine and that the refrigerator does get down to proper temperatures but that he is noticing refrigerator temperature is seemingly fluctuate between the 30s and the low 50s. Found no evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section and found the refrigerator at 43?F. I did explain to the customer that because the unit is in the garage and the ambient temperatures around the unit are over 100? for a majority part of the day that he will have issues with temperature fluctuations in his fridge due to the unit in ability to remove the heat away from the condenser and refrigerant. I explained that over 90?F, the unit will not cool as adequately as it would be in a I explained this will be a seasonal issue, unless if he moves the unit inside, but that as it stands, the unit is working and operating as designed.
