Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was leaking water onto the floor. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have had this issue from time to time where water drips into the freezer section and create an ice sheet on the bottom floor and will leak onto the floor. I did confirm the customers complaint and gained access to the evaporator. I found the drip pan hole covered in ice. I steamed out all excess ice and steamed out the drain tube. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making noise during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes a thumping sound and that it has a little squeak noise that it makes intermittently through the cycle. Around the unit and the customer showed me it right away with a thumping sound was. Found, thumping sound was when the dryer idler pulley was hitting the ridge of the dryer basket. I did explain that that is a normal sound that they will hear during operation. I disassembled the unit and found the rollers and idler pulley hard to spin, potentially causing the squeaking sound. I replaced the rollers, belt, and idler pulley and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that sometimes the unit wont start and just makes a couple clicking sounds. Other times, the customer advised that it might go through a partial wash, but then wont agitate properly. I checked underneath the unit and found the slider broken, causing the issue. I replaced the slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a whooshing sound during operation. The customer advised the sound usually is more pronounced at the beginning portion of the cycle but as the dryer continues to run, itll get lighter. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint but did advise the customer that it sounded like a normal dryer sound. The customer just wanted to have it checked because she hadnt noticed it before. I disassembled the unit just to be sure, and found all rollers and idler pulley working as designed. I checked the blower wheel and the motor as well and found both in good condition. The customer advised that the idler, pulley and rollers had just been replaced six months ago. I I told the customer that everything within the dryer seemed in good condition, and to notify us if there are any further issues. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed ui control. Upon arrival reconfirmed failure and installed ui control reassembled and tested washer. Found unit working as designed in normal wash cycle without leaks. Call complete
