Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Tested unit found all components engaging except unit is not igniting. Inspected unit closer and found a fitting not installed correctly shows that the flow of the fitting is backwards. Advised customer to contact installer to fix issue. Job complete.

"KUIX535HBS01 Arrived to inspect ice production issue. I found that the deposits on the evaporator plate issue, observed on my prior service was still present. I removed the deposits and tested the machine and it operated as designed, with no delay or impediment to the ice harvest process. I advised the customer that the debris on the edge of the plate was the cause of the issue and provided instruction on cleaning. I assisted the customer and started the cleaning process prior to departure. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."
