Arrived on site to diagnose washer not entering spin cycle. Tested unit and found washer stops spinning immediately after it starts. I tested in diagnostics and found an error for basket speed sensor. Replaced control to resolve. Verified proper function. Repair completed.

"WTW4955HW3 Arrived to inspect noise and vibration. I found Service Pointer - W11695259 - Rev A does apply and will need to be performed upon return. Further inspection revealed several of the holes that are supposed to be punched out within the basket, were not punched at all and several were minimally punched out.
