Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the capacitor and ran the unit through an auto test. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Around the unit through various other testing and found all components working and operating as designed. The customer requested that we call him after an hour to an hour and a half because this is the third time that it has not worked after our trip. I called the customer back and he stated that the unit was able to complete two full cycles up to that point. Call complete. W11428524

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will go through most of the cycle but that it sometimes does not complete out the cycle. I found the unit stuck in the drain upon entry and canceled out the cycle. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F1 E1 (main control fault) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Due to the error codes, I went ahead and replaced the main control. Find the washer, unlevel and leaning towards the front left panel. I went ahead and adjusted the feet to level out the unit. I ran the unit through calibration cycle and then threw an auto test. Found the unit working an operating as designed. I did advise the customer that the issues with their main control, but did explain that off-balance loads will cause the unit to go into a drain mode and that they will have to cancel out that cycle in order to get the unit to start a new cycle. The customer was unaware of how to do that so I did show him. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."
