"On arrival verified complaint of not advancing cycle. Ran error codes and got low flow error, ran component test and found cold valve not activating, Water valves at wall were reduced. Opened valves fullly and ran normal cycle unit still doesnt activate cold valve. Found main not sending voltage to valve. Replaced main board. Operational test is now good. job complete no leaks detected during service. Used w11603810"

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a knocking noise when water was dispensed through door but not ice maker. Found valve failing and replaced it. Found no slamming noise present when dispensing water and no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a loud noise when ice maker was done filling. Upon arrival tested ice maker and found valve slamming shut to hard when closed. Found correct water pressure however. Rescheduled customer for 01/17/24 to complete repairs. Ordering W11548535 valve; ordrng 1 W11548535 (Valve)

"WDT970SAKZ2 Arrived to inspect code and no operation. F9E2 and F8E4 were stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found water within the catch tray, the cause for the F8E4 and removed. The drain line was incorrectly routed around the outside of the left rear leg and there was no drain loop in the drain line. I correct the drain loop missing issue and correctly routed the drain line, to prevent the rubber connector from kinking. I tested the unit in automatic test mode and found that when the lower arm operated, water would leak from the lower pan to right side wall joint. The joint had the appearance of separating slightly and water could be surging and leaking from the area. The unit was possibly incorrectly manufactured, damaged in shipping or damaged during installation and cannot be determined. The customer is calling to get a replacement and if they are not provided a replacement, the tub assembly W11409866 will need to be ordered and installed. No leaks of the water supply observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still having ongoing issues from the previous service. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just makes it grinding noise and does not actually start the cycle. Ran made it through diagnostics and found an F7 E6 (motor circuit open) error code. Ran unit through an auto test with the bottom cover shield pulled off. Found the unit fill and ran properly, but went when it went to agitate, found the shifter would pull the cam most of the way, but did not actually shift it fully into agitation, and would make that grinding noise. I unplugged the unit and tested the cam. Found the cam shift into place while turning the drive pulley. Tested the unit again and found the unit start to agitate. Went ahead and replaced both the cam and the actuator and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Tested the unit twice and both diagnostic tests passed without any issue. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."
