Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the hub assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making abnormal sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and disassembled the unit. Found one of the rollers had semi broken, causing the unit to make unusual wobbling sounds. I replaced the rollers and idler pulley from the dryer repair kit and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting and is making a really loud sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit made a grinding noise at the start of a cycle after running several loads. She showed me a video of this noise the unit was making, and Advised that she has not touched it since it started acting up again. I did confirm what sounded like the cam rubbing against itself underneath. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed without replicating the sound. I went ahead and replace the cam and actuator to resolve the issue. I tested the unit again and could not get the unit to fault. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will start to fill but then when it goes to wash, the unit will run for a few minutes and then shut down and drain out the water. Advise the unit does not go through the spin cycle. Around the unit to diagnostics and found an F0 E3 (overload), F7 E1 (basket speed fault) and F7 E6 (motor open) error code. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests, pass and diagnostics except for agitation. Found that they were in the unit was trying to agitate, it was spinning the whole basket. I checked underneath and checked the shifter. Found the shifter in good condition. Checked the cam, and found the cam broken on the top, indicating that the gearcase had dropped and broke the cam. I went ahead and replaced both gearcase and cam and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that its making a loud bang sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he wasnt sure if this was a problem or not as he just noticed that the unit makes a loud bang sound fairly on through the icemaking cycle. He advised that after he heard it initially, he had turned off the ice machine. Around the unit through diagnostics and found all portions of the machine working and operating properly. When the unit got to the gas valve, the unit made a popping sound, and I did advise the customer that the popping sound is most likely either being caused by the gas valve or the sheet of ice when it is trying to drop the ice slab. I did advise the customer that these are normal sounds and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."
