Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a torn gasket on the refrigerator. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complain and found that the right hand door had a torn gasket on both top and bottom. I replaced the gasket and use to heat gun to mold the gasket to the cabinet. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a range that has a gas odor. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has given off a gas odor 3 times since they originally moved in in October and that it has not been consistent but that they had Atmos come out and tell them that it was an issue within the oven. The customer stated that it only happens when they use the bake cycle on this unit and it does not always smell like gas. They advise that theyve been using this thing repeatedly even with the three separate instances, and if they have not experienced any fireballs, or any kind of abnormal use within the machine. Are used a carbon meter to test carbon detection and did not register any measurement of CO2 inside the unit, in front of the unit, or in the back of the unit. I tested the unit several times and multiple spots and still cannot get any detection of CO2 Monoxide. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7738653681. He had me do a few checks, but did advise that if the unit was leaking, the customer wouldve experienced a fireball or some sort of explosion, especially since the customer has been using the product repeatedly after having those gas smells. He advised that the most likely occurrence would be the burned up gas since it is a gas oven. He advised that since no CO2 levels were recorded on the front, back, or inside of the oven, the issue would have to be that or some thing on the gas provider side. Advise. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Ive done so for a refrigerator that has a drawer that is not closing properly. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complain and found that the left and deli drawer was sitting crooked. I adjusted the drawer and test at the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the compressor, dryer, and access valve and charged up the unit with nitrogen. Found pressure hold for 15 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and found pressures. Hold again for another 10 minutes. I charged the unit up with 45 g of R600 and tested the unit. Found the unit working an operating as designed. Call complete."
