Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed control. Upon arrival confirmed issue and installed part. Reset and tested 7nit found no leaks and washer working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles and taking to long to wash and not locking/unlocking lid. Upon arrival found f5e1 and f5E3 in diagnostics. Tested and found lid lock failing and replaced it. Customer also stated unit would take over 5 hrs to complete a wash cycle. After running tests I found control would turn off without any voltage drops from outlet at random during spin and agitation. Tried replacement of actuator and capacitor but unit still failed. Found motor windings at 5.1 each. Will need office to reschedule with customer once Availability of W11603810 control. Is known; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Control)

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Gained access to the elements and checked all elements with the hot surface indicator. Found the left front element the only one causing the hot surface indicator light to turn on. Replaced the left front element and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for range over cooking in both ovens and not turning off surface hot light on control. Upon arrival found no errors in diagnostics. Found oven sensors at 1.07kohms. Recalibrated ovens to -15(lower) & -20(upper) and tested unit. Found oven temps averaging 343 when set to 350. Found no failures in infinite switchs. Ordering W10823720 element front left, W11517959 front right to resolve surface light issue. Rescheduled customer for 12/01/23; schdld next appmnt for 12/1 FRI !"
