Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. I ran it through diagnostics and confirmed an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. Around the unit to an auto test and found the wash motor. Not running. I went ahead and replaced the wash motor and tested unit. Unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has a burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit started making a noise and it has been producing some sort of burning odor. I tested the unit and confirmed the sound coming from the drum. I spun the basket by hand and found the sound still being made. I disassembled the unit and did not find any evidence of any wires burning. I gained access to the blower wheel and found a hand towel and a sock Stuck in the blower wheel housing, causing the noise and smell. I removed the obstructions and checked all rollers and belts. Found everything else intact and a little bit of burnt lint on top of the heater housing. I removed the lint and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has long cycle times. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they just replaced their old dishwasher and that they were confused as to why the unit seems to run anywhere from an hour and a half to 4 1/2 hours. she advised of her previous dishwasher only ran for a little over an hour. Did explain to the customer that this is normal operation. Whatever they use and care guide and features of the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit did leak intermittently, but was usually a few drops at a time and not a heavy flow. Checked the gasket and found the gasket fully intact. Found a bunch of dog hair stuck against the door on the bottom side creating an issue with the seal around the bottom side of the gasket. Remove the dog care and check the rest of the bellow. Found no issues with the bellow. I tested the unit in a normal water wash cycle and found water coming up against the gasket and not dripping. The main reason why they called was due to certain cycles, not spinning out the rest of the clothes. He advised that on the normal cycle, the unit will not spin thoroughly. He said that on heavy duty, the unit would finish out properly. Checked the spin settings on the normal/regular cycle and found the spin turned off. Did advise the customer that if the span is turned off, the unit will not go into the final spin. Whenever they use some care guide in the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F60 error code. Inspected unit and work area. Around the entry diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load), F0 E3 (overload), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) barcodes. The customer showed me a video of what happened and I could see an OFB error message appear. They advised that they saw the unit was going off balance, and removed all clothes. They said that even with just a tub full of water that the unit was going off balance. Around the unit through a spin cycle and could hear evidence of some grinding going on underneath. removed the rotor and found the slider, broken and grinding against the clutch. Replaced the slider with a truck stock slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.; used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"
