The customer explained that the washer has been intermittently not allowing her to start the cycle and she will have to wait up to a day or two days for the washer to start working again. She advised that she has tried to press and hold the start button, unplug the unit, and open and close the lid six times. Checked voltage at the plug and found proper voltage and polarity. Tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. I ran through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed. Went ahead and replaced the control due to ongoing issues and tested the unit. The unit is operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they looked online and found some troubleshooting tips on how to determine what was wrong with the ice production. She advised that she found something online showing that there is an issue with the harness at the bottom of the freezer door that can cause an issue. She advised that when she looked underneath that she found three wires that were split. I did confirm the customers complaint And did advise that she would need a new freezer door for repair. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was going really well and then just completely died about a week ago. Found none of the fans or compressor. Running upon arrival. Started to pull out the refrigerator and found the compressor kicking on and making a loud buzzing sound before shutting off within five seconds. Took an amp draw off the compressor and found foot pulling 9.78 A before shutting down. Replaced the start device and capacitor and plugging it back in. Found the unit still doing the same thing indicating a failed compressor. Ordering a compressor, dryer, and access valve for the return trip. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.
