Arrived onsite for dishwasher door not staying up. On inspection found the spring had come off the hinge. I reinstalled the hinge and add tie wraps to the hinges. The dishes is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for MW light not turning off. On inspection the lights stays on all the time and the fan only has 1 speed high. Ordering the control board.p and returning all parts. Office to reschedule when part arrives.; ordrng 1 W11545876 (Control board)

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed part. Upon arrival I installed the new console and tested the unit and found the unit operating was designed. Customer connected the unit to Wi-Fi.
