"Arrived on site for dryer, making a thumping noise. Upon rival inspected unit. Ran unit and could not duplicate any noise. Customer stated the noise had happened a few cycles in a row and was immediate upon starting the cycle. Loaded the dryer and tested again, but still could not duplicate any issues. Customer believes an item may have gotten stuck, but eventually worked its way out and is now functioning properly. Customer will monitor. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for not operating with error code. Upon arrival test unit and power button is not responding. Ran diagnostics and does allow to view error code. Got. F6-E2 ui cannot hear acu. Tried running other test but unit is not responding. Need to replace console and control before am able to test all other functions of unit. Ordering control, ui, and need Autho. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 Autho (Autho) and 1 W11112662 (Console) and 1 W11417461 (Control)"
