"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, I found the refrigerator running. I did confirm temperatures inside. The refrigerator were about 78?F. I checked behind the unit and found the compressor running, but the compressor was hot to touch. I found the unit either had an inefficient compressor or had a leak. Ordering all sealed system components in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. I went to replace the icemaker and found that the icemaker had different connectors on it then this model required. I checked the model and serial information and found that the model information had not been updated to the correct model on the previous trip. due to the change in model number, I found both parts needed were different part numbers.
