Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed compressor and precooler. Vacuumed system and system held pressures for 25mins indicating no leaks within system. Charged to specs with 68g of r600a. Monitored frost pattern on evap for 30 mins and frost pattern developing throughout entire evap. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for loud rattling/banging sounds when vent is being ran. Found damper fell from exhaust tube into blower wheel causing noise. Removed damper and found blower wheel was damaged. Replaced blower assembly, unit now working as designed. Advised customer ducting professional is needed to repair/replace damper. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for grinding or rubbing at the beginning of the wash cycle. Confirmed POP January 31st 2023 reached out to claims to confirm unit within warranty. Upon closer inspection found gear case to be slipping and loosing position. Replaced gearcase, hubnut, belt, actuator and splutch assembly. Tested unit, unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling in both sections . Upon arrival inspected unit. Found freezer section good but not adequate in fresh food section. Evaporator has good frost pattern and evaporator fan is functioning. Found minimal air flow through damper vent. Ordering damper and control.
