"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Found unable to remove wash plate without causing damage. Unit is outside and exposed to elements. Recommend replacing gear case, belt, splutch, suspension, drain pump, hub nut, control, wash plate and actuator. Not confident repair would hold. Needing autho for parts and 2hrs on return visit. Office to make sure unit is supplied both hot and cold water and electricity. ; ordrng 1 W10902814 (Wash plate)"

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for no power and control panel being unresponsive. Upon closer inspection found voltage to be correct at junction box, ground not connected properly in junction box as well as wires being loose due to, too large of wire nuts used. Tightened ground and used smaller wire nuts to get better connection on wires. Tested unit, unit is running as intended. No leaks detected at this time. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for unit not powering on. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found console/control not responsive. Disassembled and found voltage to control at only 23 vac. Checked voltage at supply box and verified 123vac. Ordering Harness and control. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11227372 (Main harness)

"Arrived on site to test unit for long dry times, tested unit found vent test failed, removed lint trap and found that the air is blowing out instead of suction, disconnected vent from back of unit and it passed, stated to customer not to run unit until restriction has been removed, at this time job complete"
