"Arrived on site to test unit for low ice production. Customer stated ice in the ice bin froze into a big chunk and would not dispense, also ice production has went down significantly. Only a third of the container in a 24 hour period. Temps of FC on arrival was 23?. Contacted techline to document SR#7738944491, per techline unit is not getting cool enough to reach the threshold for IM to harvest. Activated evaporator fan, good airflow throughout the FC. Exposed evaporator, found no frost pattern. Activated cooling test in diagnostics, evaporator developed ideal frost pattern. Will need to order additional parts to ensure completion on return visit. No parts installed, ordering parts, office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 WP2188820 (Thermistor) and 1 W11629268 (Evap thermistor)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for loud noise, tested unit found a loud rumbling noise coming from blower wheel, exposed and found a chunk of lint stuck one side of the blower wheel making it off balance, removed lint and tested unit is now running as designed, advised customer to make sure big chunks of lint is not pushed down and hire dryer vent cleaners for service, at this time job complete"
