"ADB1400AMS0 Arrived to inspect door issue. I found the door would not close due to the cabinet being deformed from excessive movement. The issue was being caused by one of the mounts coming loose. After reinstallation of the mount, the issue was resolved and the machine worked as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is making abnormal sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes a humming sound intermittently through the cycle. The customer showed me a video of the sound, and it sounded like the wash motor diverter changing positions While it was still spraying. I ran the unit three diagnostics and did not find any store to error codes. Around the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joe SR# 7738810041. He advised that dishwashers in and of themselves making noise, and that the noise will vary between dishwashers. He did verify that the unit is completing each and every cycle and his cleaning dishes. He advised not to make any repairs as he was not really sure that replacing any parts would make any difference with the sound with the dishwasher. They also advised that food particles and sides also get pushed through the spray arms that can cause abnormal sounds. Advised all this is normal operation and advised to have the customer call back if the sounds get worse or they lose any functional abilities on the machine. He advised to make no repairs at this time. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not drying dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will sometimes dry dishes but most of the time, her dishes end up still being wet at the end of the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed with the heater coming on halfway through the cycle. I did advise the customer that the machine is working as its designed and that due to energy efficiency standards, these dishwashers do not run the heater as long during the dry cycle, and therefore causing issues with dishes being completely dry. I did advise the customer to use rinse aid since she wasnt using it and showed her a couple extra options she can use to get her best dry. However, I did advise her that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the refrigerator was semi cooling in the freezer was semi cooling but it the freezer was not freezing. I checked temperature in the freezer and found it at 39?F . I gained access to the compressor and checked pressures. Found the low side sitting at -3 psi, but the high side I could not get a good rating on as it was showing no pressure. I attempted to remove the Schrader valve and found Refrigerant spewing out of it, indicating the Schrader valve was damaged. I vacuumed out the charge and pressurized the unit with 125 psi of nitrogen. Within 10 minutes, I found pressure drop two psi on the low side while not affecting the high side. After another 15 minutes, found pressure dropped to 121 psi on the low side and 123 psi on the high side. I used bubble solution at the dryer, condenser, and compressor connections. Found no leaks detected. I gained access to the evaporator and use bubble solution on the evaporator after recharging the system up back up to 125 psi. I did not find any Leaks at the evaporator. As I waited for techline, I found pressures drop to 118 psi after an hour and a half of charging it the second time. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Kurt SR # 7738641860. He had me do a few checks and advised that there would be a leak within the cabinet due to the inability to find any bubbles forming on any of those components. He also advised that the leak would be too small to really detect. He advised that the unit would be sent to review, and that the customer or myself will be contacted depending on the next steps. Arrived on site for a wall oven. That is flashing an F3 zero indicating an open or a shorted temperature sensor. I did confirm the customers complaint in diagnostics. I replaced the oven thermostat and tested the unit on a 350?F bake cycle. Found the unit taking over 25 minutes to preheat. I tested the broiler element and found the bro element not working. I remove the unit from the wall and found the boiler element connector was not properly sealed onto the broiler element. Reattach the wire and reassembled the unit. Tested the unit again and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.
