"WRF560SEHZ03 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the system and removed and replaced the compressor and associated parts. I vacuumed the system to 300 microns and then monitored. Seeing no loss of vacuum, I charged with the MFG calculated refrigerant charge and tested. The unit operated as designed and began cooling. No leaks observed during service."

"WRX735SDBM00 Arrived to install previously ordered parts. I found the door to ice bin seal was missing and prior to replacing any other parts, the seal should also be ordered and installed. During inspection, I found the filter that was approximately two weeks old, had a large amount of sediment that was able to be dislodged (photo attached) and viewed in a container. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they have a whole house sediment filter professionally installed. Office to order part. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a rattling or vibration noise. The customer played me a video and the noise was refrigerant noise entering the evaporator. I inspected the evaporator and found the sound pad barely hanging on the evaporator and in the wrong location. I installed the pad where the capillary enters the evaporator. I tested the refrigerator and the noise is muffled now. I went over using crushed ice and adjusted the doors for the customer. I explained to the customer that there tile at the rear of the refrigerator was out of level from left to right and they would need to roll the refrigerator up on a shim to get it any closer. Call complete.
