Arrived onsite to replace the emitter and receiver controls that were diagnosed on the previous visit. I found that the correct part number was ordered but I was sent with a box that was tagged wrong. Ordering W10757851 control kit. RS for Wed 4/17.; ordrng 1 W10757851 (Control kit)

"Arrived onsite for washer with error F5E2 lock error. On inspection the last tech out installed a new lock on the door. Ran the diagnostic cycle and the error came up during the cycle. I installed a new control board on the unit and reran the diagnostic mode, the unit completed the cycle with no issues. Had the customer start a load and it did not error or while I was there. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for washer doesnt finish load. Says it took 4 hours for a delicate wash. Found f8e1. Confirmed cold water was not coming into the machine. Replaced water valve. Found cold water is not turning on at house valve. Customer said she only has cold water outside. Switched water lines and advised to use only two cold setting. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for washer not working. On inspection the cold water was not being dispense into the unit. The F5E2 error was gone and there was a F8E2 error low flow. On further inspection found the cold water was turn off, turn the it on and tested the unit. The unit ran through diagnostic mode with no issues. The F5E2 error never came back. I then ran a quick wash to make sure it would complete a cycle and it did. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for washer not working error code F5E2. On inspection found the error in memory, I stated the unit in diagnostics cycle and passed. I stepped through the component test every thing passed. I could not get the unit to fail, I gave the customer a magnet so she can call us if or when it fails. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service."
