Arrived on site to replace console membrane. Installed new membrane and verified proper function and F2E1 error resolved. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave not heating and making noise. Examined HV system and found diode was fried causing the failure. Unit had a large amount of grease and oil buildup, and likely caused the diode to short. Replaced diode only and tested. Verified proper function. Customer advised to cover things cooking on cooktop, but microwave is very close to cooktop from the builder. Repair completed."

On arrival verified complaint of no power. Found breaker tripped during oven use. Verified voltage and polarity is correct. He led amp draw on bake was 10 and broil was 15. Max amp was 15.1 when breaker tripped. Documented with TL Jake 7738854839 and the electrical checklist. Unit is working as designed. Recommend new breaker. Customer signed voltage waiver.

On arrival verified complaint of unit not dispensing water or making ice. Found water shut off at wall. Turned water on and unit now dispensing from front p. Ran ice maker test and IM functions and fills. Job complete no leaks detected during service.

"On arrival verified complaint of no power. First inspection found break is tripped. Customer was baking and using both big burners at the same time, checking amp draw found bake was 10 amps, roil was 14 amps. When using bake cycle and both big burners we maxed out at 34amps which is close. If anything gets on to the elements in the oven it may trip over the 40 amps. Recommend based on ohms law reducing the amount of burners used at the same time as bake, unit is working as designed. Job complete."
