Arrived on site for unresponsive panel. Tried power cycling unit but still remain unresponsive. Replaced console and display came on as normal. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site for leaking water from front of freezer and icemaker not operating. Upon arrival, inspected unit found evaporator drain pan is clogged and base of unit is iced over. Removed evaporator cover. Melted all ice with steamer. Cleared drain and test drain with cup of water. Water now drains correctly. Test icemaker and is not responding to harvest or fill. Contacted SW for assistance. After testing optics,found optics have failed due to blinking lights test. Parts are being researched. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for damaged front door. Replaced door test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for door not closing properly. On arrival inspected unit. Found that lower right panel has separated and is bent. Took pics. The door is opening and closing. Notified customer that this is a cosmetic issue and is past claims period. Customer stated unit was just installed. Notified customer that the manufacturer will need to be contacted to offer a concession to replace the front panel.

Arrived on site for long dry times and having to do cycle multiple time to dry load . Ran diagnostics. No error codes . Ran temp and air flow meter checks . Temps are cycling correctly. Ran unit with exhaust on and off . Test indicated an air flow restriction. Recommended having vent company recheck exhaust vent . Collected 162.36 AUTHO 3C9FKYJob complete
