"Arrived on site for dryer making a loud noise and needing a ui panel. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found sound coming from idler pulley. Used repair kit and replaced idler, belt, and rollers, then replaced ui. Tested unit and found dryer working as designed also found signs of clog in venting of home and showed customer clogged vent on roof visible from the driveway. Instructed them to get a dryer vent cleaning done before using dryer again. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for washer. Upon arrival customer stated 7nit filled ok but the washer was moving around laundry room and not spinning out correctly. Upon further inspection I found inner tub holes not fully punched through and found it causing unit to get off balance. Will need office to reschedule once availability of part is known.
